Professional in Systems Engineering from the International University of the Americas, he has a Master's Degree in Administration from the University of Costa Rica, a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Inter-American University and a PhD in Leadership.
His professional experience includes the area of information systems for 10 years, software development, management of ICT departments and directing of ERP Macroprojects. He also has over 10 years experience in industrial engineering, logistics and supply chain. For the last 10 years he has been dedicated to Academic Administration, as Executive Vice President, General Manager and Dean of faculty.
At Universidad Fidélitas, he serves as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Director of the Doctorate in Business, where he directs both the academic part and the research and extension processes of the Faculty.
He has accumulated teaching experience of more than 25 years, as a professor and thesis tutor at Fidélitas University, Instituto Tecnológico and the University of Costa Rica, institutions where he teaches courses on Logistics Management, Project Formulation, Inventory Control, Technology for the Supply Chain, Transport Network Systems, Research Methodology and Decision Making, both in undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
